Joliet Woman Caught Stealing From New Lenox Walmart: Cops
The Joliet woman allegedly hid things in her purse.
A Joliet woman got caught stealing from the New Lenox Walmart, police said.
Shannon Novak, 30, of 65 Cherry Hill Toad was charged with retail theft about noon Thursday.
An officer sent to the East Lincoln Highway superstore was told "Novak removed merchandise from the shelf, concealed the merchandise in her purse and left the store without paying for the merchandise," police said.
Novak was released after she posted bond.
