Frankfort Man Wanted For Allegedly Stealing Woman's Credit Card Number to Buy Boots

A Frankfort man has been charged with identity theft but has yet to be apprehended.

The Frankfort police are searching for a local man charged with stealing a woman's credit card information and using it to buy boots.

Ivan Villegas, 22, of 7504 Hickory Creek Drive was given the chance to turn himself in but declined the offer, police said.

The warrant for Villegas' arrest listed his place of employment as the Sybaris in Frankfort. A representative of the West Lincoln Highway "romantic paradise" said Tuesday night that Villegas no longer works there.

The criminal complaint charging Villegas with identity theft said he used a woman's MasterCard information "to fraudulently obtain boots."
