Frankfort Man Jailed on Gun Charges

A 74-year-old Frankfort man was arrested and carted off to the county jail on a pair of gun charges.

Donald Graves, a resident of 21181 Deerpath Road, was charged with the aggravated discharge of a firearm and the reckless discharge of a firearm.

Graves spent about 10 hours in the Will County jail before posting bond for his release, according to sheriff's department records.

The Frankfort police did not release any information on Graves' arrest. The criminal complaint lodged by the authorities was not available at the county courthouse Thursday.
