An Orland Park man involved in a DUI accident related to the death of a 70-year-old Tinley Park woman returns to court in just one week.

TINLEY PARK — An Orland Park man involved in a returns to court in just one week. Nicholas Gorny was more than four times the legal blood-alcohol limit when his car crossed lanes and struck a car driven by Loretta Falat, who succumbed to her injuries a month later, police said. Gorny pleaded not guilty in November.
