Car Burglary


A car parked in the 700 block of Bon Terre Road was broken into, according to a report. Personal items were taken. The car burglary was reported at 12:29 a.m. and remains under investigation.

SUNDAY, MAY 26

Possession And DUI Charges


Damon Dehaan, 37, of the 17300 block of South 69th Avenue, Tinley Park, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, driving without insurance and improper lane use, according to a report. A car was stopped for improper lane use. Police allegedly found Dehaan under the influence and in possession of cocaine. A passenger, Dana Jenner, 34, of the 400 block of Boeing Drive, New Lenox, was charged with obstructing police. Dehaan was taken to Will County jail. Jenner posted bond and was released.
