The Chase Bank location in downtown Mokena was robbed Thursday, Sun-Times Media reports.

A bank in downtown Mokena was robbed Thursday, Sun-Times Media reports.

An unarmed man robbed the Chase Bank location on the 11100 block of Front Street, according to the FBI's Chicago office.

The man is described as in his 40s, approximately 5-feet, 6-inches tall. He was wearing sunglasses, a grey jacket and a skull cap at the time of the robbery.

The tellers are instructed weapon or not hand over whats in their draw and get the person out of the building quickly as possible. In the banking business they call it minimal loss of calaterial. We call not getting anyone killed trying to be a hero.......
