Arrest Warrants: Wanted for DUI in the L-Way Communities

There are warrants out for the arrest of more than 100 accused criminals in the Lincoln-Way communities of New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort. The Will County Sheriff's Department updated its warrants list on April 14.

The list below pertains to people wanted on a charge of driving under the influence:

• The last known address for Gary B. Neff, 40, was in the 19700 block of Glennell Avenue in Mokena. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence/DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. The warrant was issued March 19, 2012.
• The last known address for James E. Cox, 54, was in the 731 700 block of Odgen Avenue in New Lenox. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence/DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. The warrant was issued Oct. 10, 2008.
• The last known address for Anthony G. Diamond, 51, was in the 1344 1300 block of Cedar Avenue in New Lenox. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence. The warrant was issued Jan. 8, 2009.
• The last known address for Richard Hofer, 77, was in the 20000 block of Graceland in Frankfort. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence/DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. The warrant was issued on Jan. 31, 2013.
