We're all watching our family budgets these days. Whether shopping with coupons or looking for two-for-one deals, we're taking advantage of all sorts of offers and savings that help us stretch our dollars.

This week, Frugal Family scoured our local sources to come up with great deals for film buffs, homeowners and gardeners and Irish music lovers.

Discount on Granite Lawn Items

Deal: , 20601 S. LaGrange Road, is giving a 20 percent discount on all granite benches, bird baths and statuary. Go to the store's website for details.

Deal: Featured as a "hot deal" from the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce this month is a free financial review for clients of Country Financial. Call 815-741-9600 for more information.

Deal: The Center, 12700 Southwest Highway in Palos Park, is showing “The Outrage” at 6:30 p.m. Friday. "The Outrage" is a 1964 remake of the 1950 film classic "Roshoman." Paul Newman plays a bandit intimately involved in a murder case, for which four people tell four very different tales about the tragic event.

Deal: Ed & Joe's, 19901 S. Wold Rd. in Mokena, has a two-for-one pasta deal on Wednesdays that includes soup or salad and garlic bread. This deal is only good for take-out and delivery orders between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Deal: Free concert on Tuesday, March 8, of Irish music by the acoustical music quartet Trillium at Palos Park Library, 12330 S. Forest Glen Blvd., from 7-8 p.m.
