Discussing term limits now is perfect cover for a politician who would not be re-elected anyway.

Did he also suggest a pension should be granted upon leaving?

The issue I see that no one is talking about is the fact that under the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, he is eligible for another pension after his second term is over with. 8 years collecting 18,000 a year from the Village for Being the Mayor and he will be given yet another pension. That will make three. Police Pension, Village Pension and then the Teachers Pension. Really?????

I think the mayor should not be given all these pensions. He is also regarded as Social Security Disability. How can he be mayor and all these other things if he is disabled????? Give me a break.
