Each year the NLFPD and NLPD compete to raise money and food donations for the New Lenox Township Food Pantry. All of the proceeds raised go to help over 200 families who use the pantry as a supplemental resource to keep food on their shelves.  This year the friendly competition was able to raise over $1500 in cash donations as well as non-perishable food items for the pantry.
