Friday night proved to be the battle of 2 great defenses between the Knights and the Griffins which was evidenced by a half-time score of 6-3 with the Knights on top. The opening half kick-off seemed to be the momentum changer that the Griffins needed. The Knights were not able to overcome a few miscues as the Griffins took the lead and final victory. The final score was 17-12. The Knights fought hard but unfortunately came up a little short.
