St. Jude Christmas Cantata: 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27. St. Jude’s entire Music Ministry, including full orchestra, will perform in the Cantata.

Letters to Santa: Through Dec. 2. Drop off your child's letter to Santa (along with a $3 fee per letter) and Santa will personally write your child back.

L-Way Madrigal Singers at the Library: 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29. The Lincoln-Way Madrigal singers will perform at the library.

Make Your Own Wreath: 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1. Come to the library and learn how to make a fun and festive holiday wreath with resident Crafty Divas Emma and Donna.

LW-West Madrigal Dinners: 5:30 p.m. Dec. 1-3. The ticket price includes a three-course meal catered by century madrigals and traditional music.

Santa's Elves Babysitters Service: 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2 and Dec. 9. Let Santa's elves babysit your pottytrained kids aged 4-10 while you shop, wrap gifts, attend a party, or do whatever you need to prepare for the holidays.

Pictures With Santa: 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. Have your picture taken with Santa at Lincolnway Community Bank and get a free digital copy.

Christmas in the Commons: 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4. Take a photo with Santa and stick around for free treats, tree decorating, tree lighting, reindeer rides and more.

Seniors Ring in the Holidays Breakfast: 9:15 a.m. Monday, Dec. 5. Eat breakfast, listen to Christmas songs performed by children and make a holiday craft.

Teens' Gift Craft Event: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6. Teens can come make a holiday craft to give as a gift for a loved one.

LW-Central Madrigal Dinners: 5:30 p.m. Dec. 8-10. The ticket price includes a three-course meal catered by century madrigals and traditional music.

Kris Kringles’ Karnival: 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10. Families can hang with Santa and have fun playing games, making crafts, listening to holiday music.

Chamber of Commerce Holiday Party: 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13. Chamber members can network and have food and drinks from New Lenox restaurants.

Library Cookie Exchange: 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16. Bake 5 dozen of one of your best cookie recipes and take home 5 dozen different cookies from your neighbors. Send us your recipe and we'll make copies for everyone to take home.

Holiday Open House: All day Dec. 16-17. Come meet Santa at Old Plank Trail Bank. On Dec. 17 there will be carols led by St. Jude Catholic Church Chorus at 11 a.m.

Mousekins Christmas: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17. Kids can create some Christmas ornaments and have something to nibble on during this event at the library.

Polar Express Pajama Party: 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20. Kids can wear their pajamas and watch Polar Express at the library.
