Provena Saint Joes to Host Free Red Hot Mamas Program
At New Healing Arts Pavilion in New Lenox Aug. 21

Join nationally acclaimed breast surgeon Wendy Marshall, M.D., and board-certified urologist Constance Marks, M.D., as they discuss issues related to menopause and introduce The Women’s Center at the new Provena Healing Arts Pavilion in New Lenox Tuesday, Aug. 21, from 6 to 8 p.m.

This free program is part of Provena Saint Joes’ Red Hot Mamas series, aimed at educating women 40+ about menopause. After brief introductions, Dr. Marshall, who also serves as the medical director of The Women’s Center, and Dr. Marks will answer questions from the audience. Tours of The Women’s Center will be offered, and representatives from the center’s spa will be available to book appointments for massages, facials and other spa services. Light refreshments will be served.

The Women’s Center brings together a comprehensive team of physician-specialists who are dedicated to caring for the mature woman, including gynecologists, a breast surgeon, cardiologist, endocrinologist, gastrointestinal specialist, urologist, plastic/reconstructive surgeon, neurosurgeon and radiologist.

“Mature women deserve a place where their total health is the top priority,” Dr. Marshall explained. “Doctors at The Women’s Center represent every specialty important to women and are in tune with a woman’s health and emotional well-being. The Women’s Center maximizes and improves efficiency in health care, combining one-stop healthcare convenience with the comfort of a luxurious spa."

The first 50 women to register for the free Aug. 21 program will receive a 15-percent-off coupon for spa services.

Call 815-725-9438 for more information and to register. The program begins at 6 p.m. and will feature light refreshments from 6 to 6:30 p.m. The presentation by Dr. Marshall and Dr. Marks will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session and tours.
