BARNES FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES SIZZLIN’ SUMMER RAFFLE
Proceeds to benefit the American Cancer Society’s Illinois Patient Navigation Services
The Barnes Foundation announces its first Sizzlin’ Summer Raffle to benefit the American Cancer Society’s Illinois Patient Navigation Services. Tickets are available for $10 each and can be purchased at the Barnes Foundation’s website, www.barnes-foundation.org.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to the American Cancer Society’s Illinois Patient Navigation Services, which provides a variety of support services to area cancer patients. The Barnes Foundation’s 2010 fundraising event, a Walk-Run for Life that also benefitted the Illinois Patient Navigation Services, raised more than $37,000 and attracted hundreds of participants from multiple states.

- $2,500 grand prize
- $1,500 runner-up prize
- Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago packages including dinner at premier Chicago restaurants and Trump gift cards (two winners)
- Electric grill and steak package (two winners)
- $100 cash prize (four winners)
- Golf foursome and cart package
The prize drawings will be held at the Professional Medical headquarters, located at 1917 Garnet Court in New Lenox, from 3:30-5 p.m. on August 25. Winners do not need to be present to win, but those who attend will also be able to enjoy a bake sale, complimentary barbeque and children's games and enter drawings for gift baskets and other prizes.
