Run for God
This training program is for everyone, from someone just thinking they would like to try running, to the experienced runner. While utilizing a couch to 5K program, the goal of Run for God is to run a 5K with a Christian focus. The group will look at the similarities between running as a sport and the endurance that our spiritual journey of faith requires. The group will also learn the basics of running and a training program will be shared. The group will conclude with running a local 5K together. Come for a fun time together while working toward health and fitness at the same time.
