A Matter of Balance

A Matter of Balance is an eight week course that runs November 5,12,19, December 3,10,17 and January 7,14. The program is designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. Participants learn to set realistic goals to increase activity, change their environment to reduce falls and learn simple exercises to increase strength and balance. They will be meeting in Meeting Room A at 10:30 am.
