National Weather Service Issues Tornado & Flash Flood Warnings

The National Weather Service has issued tornado and flash flood warnings for the Lincoln-Way communities.

The National Weather Service at 8:30 p.m. today issued two warnings—tornado and flash flooding for the Lincoln-Way communities and other communities in Northeastern Will County.

A tornado warning is in effect till 9 p.m. "At 8:20 p.m. a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was spotted near Mazon and moving northeast at 35 mph.
