Country Charm, New Lenox (4 of 5 stars)

The good: I got a big slice of pumpkin pie, and it came with whipped cream. The pie was spiced nicely, with hints of cinnamon throughout.

The bad: The crust was soggy, but that could be a result of me getting it to go. Besides that, the pie was tasty.

Enrico's, Frankfort (4 of 5 stars)

The good: Pumpkin pie at Enrico's is a seasonal dessert, and it's a tasty treat. The filling was smooth and flavorful, the perfect way to top off a holiday meal. It also served with your choice of caramel sauce, whipped cream or both (I had the whipped cream).

The bad: The crust could've been a bit flakier. It was a little too doughy for my tastes. Also, the whipped cream tasted a bit flat.
