See the PDF attached to this article for more information about the guidelines for nominating a business. The nomination must be for a business that is a local Chamber of Commerce member. To find a list of members, go to the chamber's business directory.
Nominations must be returned by Tuesday, Nov. 15. You may email, mail or fax the nomination form to the chamber.
