New Medical Facility Breaks Ground in Mokena
Women's Healthcare of Illinois will occupy a large portion of the 32,300-square-foot space.
Real estate company Irgens has broken ground on a new medical facility in Mokena, just west of U.S. Route 45 and 1.5 miles from the I-80/LaGrange Road interchange.
OB/GYN practice Women's Healthcare of Illinois will occupy 15,000 square feet of the single-story, 32,300-square-foot, multi-tenant Mokena Medical Commons. The remaining 17,300 square feet will be available for a complimentary medical office user, according to reports.
Women’s Healthcare of Illinois is led by the Finkelstein group, which offers comprehensive woman-focused healthcare services, including general obstetrics and gynecology, high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic procedures and more.
The facility is expected to open in September 2014.
