Win 2 Free Tickets to See REO, Cheap Trick and Starship

Each ticket gets you entry to all three shows in the New Lenox Triple Play Concert Series this summer.

Are you ready to rock, New Lenox?

REO Speedwagon, Cheap Trick and Starship are coming to town this summer for the third annual Triple Play Concert Series, and we've got a pair of tickets (good for all three shows) for one lucky winner.

The tickets are available to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia who are 18 and older.

To enter, all you need to do is comment below by answer the question, "What's your favorite song by any of the three Triple Play headliner bands?"

All entries must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, March 18. After that time, we will randomly select one winner from the people who comment on this article. If you comment multiple times, you will only be entered once into the random drawing.

The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the 2011 Triple Play Concert Series. The tickets are valued at $50/piece for 60451-area residents, but will be on sale in May to non-residents for $60. Those tickets are good for all three shows, which includes:

  • Jefferson Starship: Saturday, June 4, 9 p.m.
  • Cheap Trick: Saturday, Aug. 6, 9 p.m.
  • REO Speedwagon: Saturday, Sept. 3, 9 p.m.

All shows are at the New Lenox Village Commons, 1 Veterans Pkwy, and the park opens at 5:30 p.m. for opening bands. Transportation to and from the show is NOT included in the prize, nor are food or drinks. There's no re-admittance into shows after leaving the park, and there are no refunds or resale of tickets allowed.
