Sara Evans Concert Tickets Still Available

The inaugural Country in the Commons concert is tonight. Get all of the information you need for a fun night!

New Lenox's inaugural Country in the Commons event is tonight, with country vocalist of the year nominee Sara Evans headlining the show.

We've got all of the information you need: what to bring, who's opening and how to get last-minute tickets.

Concert info: The concert is Friday, June 22, at the . Gates open at 5:30 p.m.

Lineup: Sara Evans is the headliner, and she'll take the stage at 9 p.m. Abigail Rose gets things started at 5:45 p.m., followed by Jason & The Haymakers at 7:15 p.m. Not familiar with the bands? Check out their websites:

Still need tickets? Tickets are $30 and may be purchased at until 5 p.m. Friday. You may also purchase tickets at Gate 1 (the entrance just west of Village Hall) for the same price, though only cash will be accepted.

Shuttle service: Free bus shuttle from the to and from the event will be provided.

Weather: According to the WeatherBug service, the high temperature for Friday is 82 degrees, with a low of 62 degrees. The sky should be clear most of the night. More information here

Food/drinks: No coolers, food or outside beverages are allowed inside the park. Ten local restaurants will sell a variety of food. Beverages, including beer, wine, wine coolers, water and pop will be available for purchase as well. No alcohol is allowed to leave the Village Commons after the concerts.
