Rick Springfield Delights Fans at New Lenox Concert
It was a perfect summer evening for an outdoor concert starring Rick Springfield on stage at New Lenox Village Commons Arts Pavilion.
Rick Springfield delighted the audience of 5,000 at the July 20 concert at New Lenox Village Commons.
The crowds blanketed the lawn and hills at the Village Commons, 1 veterans Parkway. Springfield stepped on stage about 9 p.m., playing a mix of old and new music.
His walk into the crowd with the song, "Human Touch," brought plenty of cheers and smiles from happy fans that appreciated his friendly style and outreach.
