Proud American Days Rocked Out with Music

The bands kept the crowds entertained at this weekend's Proud American Days.

Temperatures in the 60s didn't keep the crowds away from the entertainment tent at the 2013 Proud American Days.

The four-day event, July 25-28, was held this year in the parking lot at Walmart, 601 E. Lincoln Highway. It was a new location for the New Lenox Park District-sponsored event.

The carnival rides were full and plenty of families enjoyed the Big Wheel races, volleyball games, beef cook-off and more.   

The bands, Hairbangers Ball on Friday, Luck Town and Infinity on Saturday and Stellar on Sunday.
