NL Lions Club Special Needs Day Generates Smiles

Friday afternoon at Proud American Days was dedicated to the Special Needs Day celebration hosted by the New Lenox Lions Club.

The New Lenox Lions Club sponsored its 12th annual Special Needs Day Friday at the Proud American Days celebration, held this year next to Walmart in the 600 block of E Lincoln Highway.

This one day allows the participants at Lincolnway Special Recreation Association and Trinity Services to enjoy the carnival rides, dancing, food and games without the press of the crowd.
