Team Asset Family Faire

The TEAM “Teaching Everyone Assets Matter” Asset Committee is pleased to announce the Annual ASSET Celebration to be held March 11 and 12, 2011.

The event is Saturday morning at Lincoln Way East High School with a FREE Pancake Breakfast sponsored by Lincoln‐Way Area churches. The breakfast will be held in the school’s cafeteria from 9:00‐10:00am. All are welcomed and encouraged to attend with the Family Faire portion of the event beginning at 9:00am and ending at 1:00pm.

The Family Faire, sponsored by all Lincoln‐Way area park districts, slated this year as “Helping Hands Across Our Community.” is a FREE event that will feature various activities and crafts, live entertainment featuring a Magic Storyteller and a martial arts demonstration by Family Martial Arts, inflatables, as well as some of the many talented groups from the four Lincoln‐Way high schools including the high schools’ mascots.

Another portion of the celebration, which will be held at 11:00am, at the Lincoln Way East Fine Art Center’s Auditorium, will be a professional children’s musical theatre presentation of Jigsaw Jones, “The Case of the Class Clown.” This performance is presented by Lincoln‐Way High School District #210 in conjunction with ArtsPower, Inc. Donations for this event will be accepted following the presentation.

All Lincoln‐Way families are encouraged to attend this wonderful weekend of events.
