Lincoln-Way Central Celebrates 41st Annual Madrigal Dinners

Tickets are now for sale for the 41st annual Lincoln-Way Central Madrigal Dinners on Dec. 9-11 at Lincoln-Way Central High School.

The Renaissance-style Madrigal Dinners feature the Lincoln-Way Central Madrigal Singers and Players in full period costume, along with the Madrigal Brass and members of the Lincoln-Way Central Guitar Studio. A full meal is served, catered by Enrico's Italian Restaurant of Frankfort.

"The music, food, and friendship will make this event a perfect start to your holiday season," stated Mike Bultman, choral director.

Tickets are $28 and can be purchased by calling 815-462-2300 and leaving the information requested by the recorded message. All calls will be returned promptly. This event will sell out, so it is recommended that patrons call as soon as possible.

This year's Madrigal Singers from New Lenox are: seniors Alyssa Early, Marguerite Mahoney, Rob Peterson, Kent Van Kley, and Vicky Vargas; juniors Alyssa Graffy, Aaron Liebert, and Kirstie Robinette and sophomore Colin Uthe. In the group from Manhattan are: seniors Jack Bauer, Holly Bettridge, and Jennifer Haley; juniors Alex Boeckman, Casey Molloy and Joshua Kahney. The actors are New Lenox seniors Abbey Bobzin and Johnathan Vinkavich, New Lenox junior Katie Arwood, and Manhattan senior Shaun Dolan. The director is Mike Bultman, who is in his 16th year at Lincoln-Way Central.
