Golf Outing to Benefit Veterans at Sanctuary Golf Course
The VFW and American Legion team up for the Inaugural Veterans Golf Outing Oct. 5 at Sanctuary Golf Course.
The VFW and American Legion are teaming for the Inaugural Veterans Golf Outing. This benefit for the veterans begins at 8:30 a.m. with an 18-hole scramble format on Oct. 5 at Sanctuary Golf Course, 485 N. Marley Road in New Lenox. A grilled pork chop dinner will be served and prizes awarded afterward at the VFW Pavilion, 323 Old Hickory Road in New Lenox.
Tickets are $75 each. The fee includes golf, cart, hot dog and beverages at the turn and dinner. To reserve a spot for this fun fundraiser, call the American Legion at (815) 485-4651 or the VFW at (815) 485-8369.
