 maximum of 12 students per state-certified instructor. The program is de
 signed to help the average studentwho needs help to catch up or keep up.
  Bring the textbook you're using at school to the class. The program is 
 not designed to provide assistance for children with severe learning dis
 abilities\, emotional and behavioral problems\,or delayed cognitive deve
