DESCRIPTION:With Lenten season upon us leading up to Easter\, it is fish 
 fry season as Catholics observe the tradition of abstaining from meat on
  Fridays.  Among the many charitable organizations hosting fish frys is 
 the Knights of Columbus.  And among the many Knights groups is the Fathe
 r Dick Allen &mdash\; New Lenox Council #10926 of St. Jude Church at 241
  West 2nd Avenue in New Lenox\, IL.\n&nbsp\;\nAlong with the traditional
  fish dishes (shrimp\, cod &ndash\; baked or fried &ndash\; and shrimp/c
 od combo)\, the New Lenox Knights of Columbus will also once again be se
 rving such things as grilled cheese sandwiches\, onion rings\, french fr
 ies\, baked potatoes and deep-fried cheese curds!  All items are reasona
 bly priced with generous portions served by an efficient group of volunt
 eers.  Every food order includes unlimited salad and coffee or tea.  Oth
 er beverages &ndash\; including a full bar &ndash\; and desserts are ava
 ilable as well.  Carry outs are gladly available.\n&nbsp\;\nThe proceeds
  from the annual event will once again be going into the Knights' genera
 l fund to benefit a variety of charities.  You do not need to be Catholi
 c to attend and enjoy some delicious food...all are welcome.\n&nbsp\;\nM
