Al-Anon is for anyone who feels their life has been affected by someone with a drinking problem. There is no cost to attend and all meetings are confidential. If you feel helpless and hopeless at Al-Anon you will meet others who have been in the same place as you but are now living active lives whether the alcoholic is drinking or not.
