Refreshing Tropical Smoothie

Even if its snowing outside, you’ll feel like you’re on a tropical island when sipping this smoothie! The coconut water in this smoothie is  full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and electrolytes, making it a great choice after any workout during which you sweat a lot, and the kiwi, pineapple, and banana make for an incredibly tasty trio. Give this a try and let me know what you think.

Ingredients:

12 oz. coconut water

1/2 Tbsp. honey

8 kiwi, peeled, diced

2 cups fresh pineapple, diced

2 frozen bananas

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into blender. Blend to combine and enjoy!
