A little change for The Little Family can make a big difference!
Friends of the Ken, Karen & Katie Little are reaching out and asking the community to show their support for the family.
Children from all over the community will be asking for a small donation while trick or treating this Halloween. So many children from the Little's church, neighborhood, soccer team, & girl scouts, are devasted by the loss of their friend, Karly. The fundraiser is a tangible way for the children to feel like they are helping the family.
Please show your support by donating a few coins to the trick or treaters collecting for the Little Family, to help with medical bills & expenses.
In addition, New Life Church of New Lenox, has set up a donation center during their "Trick or Trunk" event this Friday, Oct. 26, 6:30-8:30. For more information on that event, visit their website at www.newlifenewlenox.org.
It's time to look under your couch cushions, & clean out your junk drawers for your loose change! Every little bit helps!

S.H.I.N.E.FEST is a time to gather together and have fun at New Life Church! Join us for food (hot dogs, chips, and drinks), prizes, candy and fun!

Looking for another place to wear those great costumes you have chosen? Do the kids want even more candy? Looking for a safe place to have fun and do some trick or treating? Come on over to New Life Church for a costume parade, snacks, crafts, prizes, and best of all ... trunk or treating (a.k.a. CANDY!). When trunk or treating, children remail safely inside a ring of about 50 vehicles in a parking lot. Kids walk from trunk to trunk and collect treats from cars that are decorated to be enjoyed by all

I can get you in touch with those that have the boxes. And...thanks to the neighbors in Horizon Meadows that came up with this GREAT idea to help the kids work through this!
