I go Manhattan for ribs. Jack's on State (next to Bit O'Blarney Pub on Rt. 52) is my new favorite. The meat literally falls off the bone and the sauce is dynamite!

OMG! Paisano's is THE BEST there is when it comes to the ribs. They fall off the bone. The staff is absolutely the best, so friendly. Shelly always makes sure she talks to all of the guests while they are enjoying their dinner.

I don't care what the results show. No contest here, it's Irish Pig BBQ all the way. Before that it was House of Hughes. Paisano's? Really?? Anyone can make ribs that fall off the bone, but what about the TASTE?? If you haven't had Irish Pig ribs, you must try em. And, nope, I don't work there and am not affiliated with them in any way.

Paisano's has been our "go-to" place for 20+ years. Onthe rare occassion the sauce is a bit tangy for my taste, but 99% of the time, they serve an unchallenged rack of ribs. Tender, fall off the bone, tasty but not too fatty, really great ribs, which reheat beautifully the next day. I love that they now serve ribs 7 days a week. I will be interested to see the poll results as I'd like to try whoever comes in #2, cause Paisano's will always be #1 to us!

The Irish Pig is the winner by far - you can actually taste the smoke!
