Man Charged With Having Sex With New Lenox Teen

A New Lenox man was charged with criminal sexual assault following an investigation by police, who say he had sex with a 14-year-old girl. 

Dustin N. Radatz, 20, of the 100 block of Ford Drive in New Lenox, was booked into Will County Jail on March 29 and awaits a bond hearing. 

Deputy Chief Bob Pawlisz of the New Lenox Police Department said a concerned friend of the 14-year-old, who was also from New Lenox, contacted police about the incident.
