What Should Go Here? Old Lazy Dogz Location
The small restaurant closed last year. What would you like to see fill the spot in the strip center at Cedar Road and Illinois Highway?
When I first moved to New Lenox, I took a break from unpacking and drove a few blocks to Lazy Dogz Burgers & Beef to grab lunch.
Within a year the location was closed and hasn't been filled yet. It's in the strip center on the southwest corner of Cedar Road and Illinois Highway that includes Rising Sun.
There are a few empty storefronts in that strip center, but today we focus on filling this spot that used to house a restaurant.
What should go here? Tell us in the comments.

Tough one. In this economy, probably not an independent. Historically, I think like 90% fail, likely even more since the recession. And, it's a small spot.

I bet Babe's hot dogs would do great in that location!
Hot dogs, beefs, shakes, AND a more healthy menu of their wraps and awesome salads. Something for everyone a decent prices at their Joliet location. It would be fantastic to get them in this spot, too!
