Family-owned restaurant chain adds Frankfort location to existing spots in Tinley Park and New Lenox.

Little Joe's Famous Pizza held its grand opening Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and party with Village of Frankfort and Frankfort Chamber of Commerce officials.
The restaurant is the third for the Vazquez family, who also own Little Joe's in New Lenox and Tinley Park.

"It feels wonderful," said Frankfort resident Sue Vazquez, who owns Little Joe's along with her husband, Abby. "It's great being able to have a place where you live."
Sue's son Gerardo Vazquez will manage the Frankfort location at Crown Center plaza at Lincoln-Way Lane and LaGrange Road, which is the smallest of the three with indoor seating for 33. There is an unprotected outdoor eating area that can accommodate 64, Sue said.
"We're going to add some undercover outdoor seating in the spring," Sue said.
Gerardo Vazquez said the Frankfort location would offer a slightly different menu with more gluten-free, organic and vegan food choices.
The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.

I wish you good luck. I'm sure you will do great. You have great food at resonable prices. I hope you have the chicken parmigiana sandwich. I had heard you might have some vegetarian food on your menue, that is a plus. A lot of my customers are looking for a place to dine where they offer this type of food.
