Medical License Temporarily Suspended for Frankfort Pediatrician Accused of Groping Women
Kishor Jain's medical license was temporarily suspended after a state official said that his alleged actions were “an immediate danger to the public.”
A Frankfort pediatrician’s medical license has been temporarily suspended after he was accused of groping several women in his office at the Hedges Clinic, according to a report from Sun-Time Media.
Kishor Jain, of Frankfort, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with 10 felony counts of criminal sexual abuse and five misdemeanor counts of battery.
Jain’s license was suspended after the chief of medical prosecutions for the state filed a petition requesting the suspension on the grounds that Jain’s alleged actions were “an immediate danger to the public.”
The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation will hold a hearing on March 5 to evaluate the suspension.
Patch reported earlier this week that Jain was no longer practicing at Hedges Clinic.

I believe his son, I am not for sure if it is his son but has the same sounding last name pronounced Jane and is of indian decent. He is smart but this all too creeepy. I hope it too is false but if it is not he needs to be in jail and fined a million bucks to give back to those he touched

If these allegations are true, I just can't understand why these women did not complain immediately when these things supposedly happened. They should have told a nurse, clerk or even the administrator instead of waiting months. If these are true, then he didn't learn his lesson 10 years ago.

No-one knows what happens behind closed doors. People of authority take advatange of their position and power all of the time. Politicians, clergy, no-one is exempt from such behavior. Victims often do not tell for the very same reason you give....that no-one will believe them and the Dr. has more money or power to defend himself. Being that I work in the criminal justice field, it amazes me how people justify bad behavior and live in denial. Yes, innocent until proven guilty, but this has gone on since 2002 with NUMEROUS alleged victims. He may be a caring Dr. but that does not mean he has some serious "issues" with women. Just saying......one should keep an open mind.

Just like the cover up with the catholic priests Rhonda? A good person doesn't mean they don't have addictions or that they aren't different people behind closed doors.
