Embattled Frankfort Doctor Facing Yet Another Sex Lawsuit
A Frankfort pediatrician facing felony sex charges and a pair of civil lawsuits has been sued again.
A week after losing his medical license indefinitely, a Frankfort pediatrician already facing a felony sex case and a pair of civil suits alleging he groped women in his office was sued again.
The latest woman to sue Dr. Kishor Jain, Rebecca Miller, was also named in the criminal complaint filed against the pediatrician in February. The criminal complaint says Jain fondled Miller's breast.
Four other women are named along with Miller in the criminal complaint. One of them is also suing Jain.
In the lawsuit filed on Miller's behalf at the Will County Courthouse, Miller claims Jain "spent a long time touching her breasts and during that time he became aroused and (she) could tell he had an erection."
The Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation suspended Jain's license indefinitely after he refused to testify at a hearing last week in Chicago. Jain was no longer working at the time anyway, as he had already parted ways with the Hedges Clinic on Colorado Avenue, where he had been practicing prior to the recent allegations of sexual misconduct.

I agree. All these people just need to wait for the verdict. I can't believe how fast people take sides and they don't even know all the details. I was a patient years ago of this doctor and other doctors and I would never jump and take a side for any of them until I heard all the details in court. There are victims here and I wished people would respect that. There are probably going to be even more as time goes on.

Poor Dr Jain, why oh why are you ladies taking so long to come out...Is there some pact that someone should come out every month, just to keep all of us updated on this nonsense about Dr. Jain. What ever the outcome, I will never believe that this has happened Good Luck Dr. Jain.....

I cannot beleive how many people stand up for this doctor. You don't know what really happened period. You were not in the room remember? The real details will come out in court. After that form your opinion. It drives me crazy when people say, "Oh I worked with him or I was a patient of his and he would never do this blah, blah, blah. That does not mean you know him and you really don't know anything about the details. Again, wait until it all goes to court. Then you can figure out what side to attack.

do you personally know all of these women....I am not taking sides, i just know that Dr. Jain has always been a gentleman and it is hard for me to believe that this would have happened...If you have not met this gentleman, you can not absolutely determine that he has done these things either. You say not to judge but in you statement you have decided to be the judge.

Sue , If you know one of the women than you can make statements regarding this, what upsets me is that everyone and their brother make all the nasty remarks....You are right to stand by your friend.....Its just so hard for me to believe that this happened.

IF YOU HAVE NEVER KNOWN DR JAIN IT WOULD BE EASY TO SAY ALL OF THESE NASTY THING ABOUT HIM.I HAVE KNOWN HIM FOR 31 YRS AND TRULY FIND IT VERY HARD TO ACCEPT THAT HE HAS DONE ANYTHING WRONG.HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN SO KIND AND WAS AN EXCELLENT AND SMART DR..I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY NOW EVERYONE IS COMING OUT AND DIDN'T COMPLAIN WHEN THE INCIDENT HAPPENED.
