I think it's a crime that the Irish Pig didn't make the list.

JP, Irish Pig was on the list for New Lenox but readers voted for Paisano's. After that vote, we narrowed the final vote to the winners from New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort.

Sadly, the Irish Pig just can't compete. The quality is poor and because of their location they don't move product.

I think a pizza and Italian restaurant winning the rib contest is a solid sign that NL has no excellent restaurants.

If Paisano's beats the places in Frankfort and Mokena, then I guess Frankfort and Mokena don't have any good restuarants. Just sayin'.

I agree with JP - Man on the Street - don't think you've ever been to the Irish Pig - not only is the quality great but their products move and move quite a bit - I've stood in long lines there waiting for my turn to order. If you think that's poor quality, I'd like to know who you think has better.
