Run, Walk or Roll at the Celebration Extravaganza

If you like to lace up your running shoes, hit the road on your motorcycle, or have some family fun, this is an event you can’t miss!
The ATI Foundation is excited to announce its Celebration Extravaganza presented by Harrah’s Casino, Joliet. JOIN US THIS SATURDAY, AUGUST 25, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Harrah’s Parking lot, Downtown Joliet.
This one-of-a-kind event will combine the ATI Foundation’s premier fundraisers; a 5K Run, Walk & Roll and Cruisin’-4-Kids Motorcycle Ride. Completing the Celebration Extravaganza is a bike show and raffle, a variety of food options for the whole family presented by Joliet’s own Heroes West Sports Grill, kid’s area, special guests, and entertainment throughout the day, including THE HAT GUYS.
Runners of all levels will enjoy this 5K through historic downtown Joliet. The run will start and finish at Harrah’s Casino, and participants will enjoy the day’s celebrations once they’ve crossed the finish line. The 5K is USATF Certified and chip timed and cash prizes will be awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers. Medals will be given to the top three male and top three female in each age division. Those participating for fun can walk or stroll throughout downtown including a stop at the Slammers diamond inside Silver Cross Field.
Onsite registration starts at 9:30 a.m., and the race begins at 10:30 a.m. All participants will receive a back pack, 5K t-shirt, entrance to the post-event celebration and food voucher.

Cruisin-4-Kids Motorcycle Ride
This one-of-a-kind event includes a poker run with cash prizes, and will start and finish at Harrah’s Casino, Joliet. The route will be approximately 100 miles south/southeast of Joliet, including stops at Tuffy’s Lounge (Wilmington), the American Legion in Aroma Park, Route 50 North (Manteno), and Bit ‘O Blarney Pub (Manhattan).
Onsite registration begins at 9:00 a.m. followed by the first bike out at 10:30 a.m. and the last poker hand in at 3:00 p.m.
Donation for the C4K is $20 per rider or passenger. Participants will receive an event t-shirt, food voucher and entrance to the post-event celebration. Visit www.ATIC4K.com to register.
One-of-a-Kind Harley Raffle and Bike Show
In addition to the events and festivities, raffle tickets will be available for the ATI Foundation’s annual Harley Raffle. This year’s raffle features a Custom Built 2012 Harley Davidson (Ton-Up Bobber) Iron 883. Tickets are $20 each, and can be purchased at the event, or currently at any ATI Physical Therapy location. A winner will be drawn at the end of the Celebration Extravaganza.
Complementing the Harley Raffle will be the inaugural ATI Foundation Bike Show! The showcase will feature bikes in eight unique categories with winners being chosen in each category, along with a special People’s Choice Award.

If you’re not a runner . . . or rider . . . come join the celebration! It will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The $5 entry donation to the festivities will include live entertainment, a kid’s area and door prizes.
Proceeds go to the ATI Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping children with physical impairments in need of medical and financial resources.
