Lincoln-Way Area Chorale to Begin 16th Season
The 90-voice Lincoln-Way Area Chorale will begin rehearsals for their 15th season on Monday, Aug. 22, at Lincoln-Way Central at 7:15 p.m.
The singers present two formal concerts each year as well as appearing with the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra and have performed at the Rialto Square Theater with the American Legion Band.
The chorale is open to any adult that enjoys singing. Singers came from more than 13 communities in the southwest suburban area last year and audiences continue to enjoy their annual Christmas Concert as well as their spring concert each year. The annual Christmas Concert will be Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Lincoln-Way East Fine Arts Center in Frankfort.
